The molded pulp products are made entirely from waste paper,namely old newspaper,corrugated carton box,disposables from the paper making factories and other recyclable papers.these paper are smashed in the hydropulper and adjusted to a certain consistency.after adding some chemicals to it,the fiber in the pulp will cover the wire mesh of the molds with the effect of the vacuum.this wet molds then transformed into finished products after undergoing the drying and hot press processes. the perfect finish products of the molded pulp tray will come out.
